“It’s a boy!” Shouted the barren,
“Mother of joy!” Echoed the virgin
Camel hair coat; Locust lunches
Preaching remote; Dunking bunches
God incarnate; Love shared and shown
Flowing in garnet; Rising from stone
Christmas bells ring; Joy, peace, hope, love.
Winged children sing; God’s light from above.
Our prayer for you: Presence of shalom;
Hope and joy anew; A feeling of home.
